Finish sauna
At the traditional finish sauna, a very high temperature is produced by pouring water over heated stones. The wooden sauna gets a very high temperature due to the high humidity! The finish sauna has a positive effect on the blood flow – it promotes blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and therefore is also training the cardiovascular system.
Steam bath
The steam bath is not as hot in temperature as the finish sauna, but you are still going to sweat. The steam bath with its 100% air humidity, is ideal for the respiratory tracts. Furthermore, hot steam with essential oils nourishes your skin and detoxes your body.
Light therapy
The light therapy has a special effect on seasonal depression, also known as winter blues. Recent investigations prove, that light therapy is effective for all forms of depression. This kind of therapy is also used to prevent and cure jetlag.
