Regular breaks are not only for rest, but also to enjoy the scenery. Allow yourself to rest so that your body can recharge its batteries. - Respect for nature
Don't leave litter behind, avoid noise, stay on trails and respect protected areas. Also, be mindful of wildlife and grazing animals.
Im Winter:

In winter you quickly get on icy passages. Crampons are a great support for these passages. - Tea
A hot tea in a thermos flask should not be missing in winter. It ensures that the body does not cool down - especially on longer tours.
